Design and installation of below grade or blind side waterproofing is critical as there is only one chance to get it correct. Properly installed below grade systems ensure performance by keeping water from infiltrating into below grade spaces or from permeating into floor systems.
Design and installation of air and vapor barriers is also important. Once installed air and vapor barriers are not readily accessible for maintenance or repair so they need last and perform as long as the exterior cladding, i.e. brick, stone or metal siding.
